Every Blueprint starts with a conversation. We dig into where you are, where you want to be, and what's gotten in the way before. Short-term targets, long-term vision, and an honest look at what it's going to take to get there.
The scale only tells part of the story. Your Blueprint includes a full body composition test tracking body fat percentage, lean muscle mass, and fat mass so you have a real baseline to measure progress against. No guessing, just data.
You can't outwork poor nutrition. We identify your body type, calculate your calorie range, and break down your protein, carb, and fat targets so fueling your results is as structured as your training.
Based on your goals and assessment, we build a weekly training schedule that balances strength, conditioning, and recovery. You'll know exactly what to do each day and why it's programmed that way.
The Blueprint isn't a one-time document. We reassess regularly, track your progress against your baselines, and adjust your plan as you improve. The goal is to keep your training evolving so your results never plateau.
